Problems setting up user logging in bridge mode

9.310-11in bridge mode. 

I want to log my daughter and see where she is going late at night.  I am getting only the simple none specific logging, web ads and categories. If I want to drill down everything is always "empty"   How to set up better logging? or is bridge mode hampering good logging? I put het into the users but there is nowhere to tag her static  ip address to her. I am wondering if I have my users settings  set up wrong so it is bad in = bad out.

    I went in to were you said and I have been in there many times seeing if I  missed anything. I spent 2 hour today farting around and reading the online help pages. While I found some stuff she was doing it was about 1% more then I found before. I have it set for 3 levels of URL, but far from what any person is doing on line. 

    I still must be doing something wrong or full transparent bridge mode is killing logging. OR could logging in Sophos UTM just plain sucks? I can see everything for the most part someone is doing  in Untangle's logging. Not with Sophos UTM 

    I can find no Youtube video of setting up and using logging, so I don't see exactly how to use the clunky interface.  Am I doing it right by hitting the + and adding the user's IP address and a small box comes up in the header bar that then is suppose to be who your searches are about? Even when adding "other" so called drill downs I get "empty" on most that should have something because you would get that info if you where on the web for a set amount of time.
