can't access sophos by hostname

Hi All,

i just joined sophos to MS domain, i can't access by hostname (sophos-fw)
only works by IP any help please may i missed step, but i found an computer object belong to sophos in computers ou's.[:S][:S]

    I checked dns record after join Sophos to domain , no records just computer object in computers container!
    Then manually create the DNS record and you should be fine.

     the stranger things that i'm able to browse AD User's from Sophos without any problem !!
    A DNS A record allows you to reach a system via name, has nothing to do with that system being able to connect to anything else.
