Specific DNS For One Domain

Hi There,
Is it possible to allow requests to one specific domain name (e.g. Netflix.com) to use DNS 1 and 2 while all other requests use DNS 3 and DNS 4?

Unfortunately in the case of Roku, you are not able to input DNS into the box. It only pulls it from the network. I ideally would like to have the Roku on the same network as other machines - but have it using a different DNS. Hmm...
