Specific DNS For One Domain

Hi There,
Is it possible to allow requests to one specific domain name (e.g. Netflix.com) to use DNS 1 and 2 while all other requests use DNS 3 and DNS 4?

Thanks so much Vilic. Is it also possible to do so for an entire machine and/or network?

e.g. machine 1 only receives DNS 1 and 2 while all other machines on the same network receive DNS 3 and 4?
