Web Protection - Web Usage Reports

Hello,

We recently got a Sophos SG310 cluster.
We are seeing some issues with the reporting.
For the categories- URL's and ovverides we don't have any data.
For sites-domains and users we see the logging.

Anyone has the same problem?

    If you choose URL, you must type in the specific URL.  To see overrides, choose action then overriden.

    From Logging & Reporting > Web Protection > Web Usage Report, open up the built-in help.  Check the Results Table.  This will let you know what information is available and valid filtering options by report type.

    If this doesn't help, please take screenshots of exactly what you are choosing for your reports.

    Seems that my UTM was stuck at 9.2..
    update to 9.3 solved the problem.
