CPU, Network usage reporting not working

I'm seeing an issue where some of the reports isn't working - i.e. hardware, network usage.

Has anyone come across this before? How do you fix it?

Running latest version 9.310-11 on a Fitlet-i. 4GB RAM, 120GB SSD.

    Hi Bob,

    my Sophos contact didn´t know about the commands you mentioned. But I now asked him, what he thinks about them....

    He said I should do the following on the ha-master:
    1.) /usr/local/bin/reporter/system-reporter.pl -restart
    2.) If step 1 doesn´t help, I should do a failover and see, if the reporting is working on the other node.
    3.) If the problem is solved then, the database on the other node should be rebuild and the problem should solved....

    I will update the thread, when i know something new...
