CPU, Network usage reporting not working

I'm seeing an issue where some of the reports isn't working - i.e. hardware, network usage.

Has anyone come across this before? How do you fix it?

Running latest version 9.310-11 on a Fitlet-i. 4GB RAM, 120GB SSD.

  • The following worked two years ago to re-initialize the graphs and I think would work today.  If you have a paid subscription, get Sophos Support to do this for you:

    cd /var/log/reporting/rrd
    rm *
    cd /etc/init.d
    ./syslogng restart
    ./rrdcache restart
    cd /usr/local/bin/reporter
    ./system-reporter.pl
