High Disk Utilization from postgres

SG430 running 9.310-11.

I recently upgraded due to support stating my UTM 425 was undersized therefore causing 100% disk utilization from postgres(Via ATOP)

Now on the SG430 with all logging off except Web Protection accessed sites selected, I still have times when the disk utilization hits 100% due to postgres.

This is a new box so the database rebuild shouldn't matter.  

CPU is less that 20% all times, RAM usage less than 20%.

Support says this is normal stats.  

I never saw this type of disk activity prior to 9.3*** unless there was a database problem.

Any others seeing this much disk activity?
