SNMP: Wrong netlink message type

In 9.310, the following bug is marked as being fixed:
27601 error message: Netlink message type is not supported in ulogd
So far so good. Now I see the exact type of error that has formerly been haunting ulogd appearing in connection with snmpd: Wrong netlink message type 3.
Is this going to be fixed as well?
