Cache Size and Internet Timeout

Hello All:

I am using UTM 9.

I am having a problem with two issues:

1.  On some sites while I am waiting for a process to complete, I am receiving a timeout error.  Where can I increase the timeout on the UTM 9?

2.  Whie trying to open a pdf online, i get the folowing error:

The content could not be delivered due to the following condition: No space left on device.

Any help on how to address these issues will be greatly appreciated.

  • What do you see that makes you conclude that these two issues are related?

    Should the first question be in the Web Protection forum and the second in the Hardware forum?

  • Hello:

    I am running UTM on a virtual environment, the host is attached to the ISP Modem and the internal NIC connects to the network switch.

    I do no assume that the issues are related.  They are just manifesting concurrently.
  • You will get better response if you post the first question in the Web Protection forum and the second in the Hardware forum.  One unwritten rule here is "one topic per thread," so I'll close this thread for you.  After you start the two new threads one of us mods will delete this thread.
