cannot enable shell access

Hi everyone, 
i have UTM 9.309-3, when i try to enable shell access for the first time , i get this message: Allowed networks for secure shell access are missing and the allowed network area is grayed.
i would really appreciate your help, I'm stuck here [:(]

    I cannot enable shell access in my UTM , when i try to enable it i get this error message [Allowed networks for secure shell access are missing] while the allowed network area is grayed!!!!
