BGP | route map

Hello!
Please help with understanding BGP route map.
I have BGP configuration with two neighbors. ISP1 and ISP2. ISP1 are primary and have higher weight value in Border Gateway Protocol -> Neighbor -> Weight.
I need specify when local users goes to specific resource only traffic in any cases goes through ISP2.

So I create Route map. Specify AS prepend, which is ASN of ISP2. So question is where I need to select that Route map? In Border Gateway Protocol -> Neighbor -> Route out? In ISP1 neighbor or ISP2 neighbor?

    Morning,

    Are you trying to force internal users to use a specific ISP when accessing specific external resources (IPs, hosts, etc)? If so, multipathing is what you want, not BGP.

    BGP is intended that external users trying to reach your assigned public IP block can do so via the ISP(s) you use. The only thing BGP does for outgoing connections is help determine which ISP you use is 'closer' to the resource and route via that ISP.

    Exactly.
    BGP is already up and running. And I want to do it using BGP. Now UTM select ISP1 as proffered uplink (using weight parameter). And I want create some sort of exception (to specific host through ISP2).
