DHCP server on VLAN?

I currently have ubiquiti APs across 3 locations. I have a guest SSID being broadcasted through the built-in "guest" access. I would like to be able to completely separate this traffic from the corporate LAN via VLANs. Is it possible to configure the DHCP server on our Sophos UTMS to listen only on a specific VLAN? If not how would I accomplish this? Hook another interface into our switches and create a trunk on this interface?

Yes, you can configure one for each VLAN interface you define.
