I've been dealing with this for a couple months now. Basically user machines are getting warnings that there are conflicting IP addresses on the network, or rather that another device on the network is using their IP address. And every time I do some digging around, find nothing else using the IP address, find the DHCP lease for that IPadd/MACadd in the lease table, and DHCPDECLINE messages from the client to the server in the log.
So theoretically shouldn't the DHCP server offer another address? It has more than enough addresses free, but it gets stuck on that IP lease for that MAC and never gives it up. I'm 100% patched on my SG330.
If I clear out the lease table that seems to help, but it's not a long term fix. Issues always crop back up.
Any troubleshooting ideas or "ah-ha" moments would be greatly appreciated!
