Multiple ISP's - using both IP ranges

Greetings!
I have a UTM 9
I just added AT&T to my outside world.  I would like to use it as the speed is much better than my T1..
However, I need to test my routings to my new IP's, while keeping my old routes available until all customers/vendors/users have the new configurations.
I have the new connection up, but I need to make sure I am doing this correctly.
Right now, I would like to use either connection for outbound traffic, but need to use the old for inbound traffic.  I think....
I have set up some of the connections for the new IP's and need to test and get users changed over time.
How do I set things up to achieve the ability to come in through old IP addresses and new IP addresses as well?
I think all I have to do is set up the IPv4 default gateway correctly for each and run, but I want to make sure.

    External DNS records for the traffic to get to your UTM.  If hosting servers, you would need DNATs.

    You may want to use Uplink Balancing temporarily until you decommission the old line.

    In setting up the second (new) interface, would I include at GW IP?  If so, would it point to the old or the new?
    I am so lost here.....

    Once you add both interfaces to Uplink Balancing, you'll be able to add the Gateway Address for the second interface.  Each WAN connect (T-1 and AT&T) will have a different gateway address, provided by the ISP (either static or via DHCP).
