Can't join Active Directory Domain

Hi.  Under Authentication Services / Servers, I have been able to add my authentication server and it tests okay and allows users to login.

However, under Authentication Services / Single Sign-On, I have tried to join our domain using the same domain name, admin username, and password that I use to join computers to the domain.  It is unable to join the domain and gives the message about trying again for 30 seconds.  I am unable to find anything in the logs referring to the domain join attempt.

Any ideas I can try?
