Astaro Software 9.106-17 Notification

Hello,

I have restored backup of firmware v 9.107-33 Model AG 320 on Model ASG Software 9.106-17 .

There is already email notification configured and also i was getting on hardware device.

But as i have attached this software V in live environment , i am not getting any notification email.

What should i have to check ?
