Web Reporting Not Generated

Hello Folks,

Why it take too much time to generate web usage report?After User selected also it not generate.What is possible cause ?

In Set up,here ASG 525 HA with firmware V 9.107.33

Looking at the known issues list (http://www.astaro.com/lists/Known_Issues-UTM-V9.txt) I see a 9.1 defect, ID27711, that could account for what you're seeing. Given that 9.107 came out over a year ago, I would highly recommend updating to at least the 9.211 level. This will also help you to get protected against several known security vulnerabilities that have been patched in newer version, but for which you are still vulnerable.
