Aggregation settings

I decided to setup aggregation within the firewall. After I set it up I decided I wanted to use a different nic and removed it. I now have no access to my firewall or Internet. Removing the aggregation deleted both adapters. How can I recover from this?

I decided to try a different NIC - seems Sophos has moved NIC 1 to a different hardware NIC. I now have connectivity. NIC one was a different NIC within the Sophos interface than what it is now.
