UTM Manager - specifying management ip

We have a number of SGs we will be tying into our SUM.

Many of these sites will have dual ISPs.  Typically we have a symmetrical low-latency connection for AD/file server traffic, and a cheaper connection (cable modem etc) for web surfing/Outlook/etc.

We use static routes to point the SGs to our datacenter ip range via the primary ISP (so that our vpn tunnels go over that connection), and multipath rules to point clients to the datacenter over the primary and our mail server over the secondary (so that all client traffic except Outlook goes over the primary).

The only problem with this is that when the SG registers with SUM, SUM shows the "public ip" as the secondary and the "internal ip" as the primary (the actual LAN ip is not shown anywhere).  Because of this, when I click to open webadmin, it opens up to the "public ip" which is not routable and does not connect.  How do I get it to either:

1) connect to the "internal ip" (not sure why SUM calls the primary ISP this
or
2) connect to the LAN ip (to manage it over the vpn tunnel)
or
3) get the primary ISP to show up as the "public ip)
