Adding static ARP entries on UTM restart

The problem...
Using a VPN for remote access, the user is assigned an IP address on a different subnet to the LAN. Trying to send a magic packet to a workstation fails as there is no definable route.

Is there any workaround for this?

    I know that trollvottel posted a script several years ago that causes the UTM to "remember" a MAC address.  Try a google on site:astaro.org wol internet
