Executive reports generate but don't send

Recently I stopped receiving executive reports via email.
I get other notifications via email (Admin Logins, etc), but to executive reports.

The report generates if I click "generate Report Now". And I can see the archived monthly reports. But nothing gets sent to me.

I don't have Email Protection turned on. It wasn't turned on when the reports were getting sent in the past.

The Email queues are all empty. My receiving email system hasn't captured them as spam.

Thoughts here?

  • Jimmy, what do you see in the SMTP log file at about the time the Executive Report should be sent?
