Dashboards empty

Hi all

I am running the latest UTM 9 software on a HP Proliant Server. The Dashboards are empty, any hints how to fix it? The UTM is running since 10 Month on the same HW.

Please see attached screenshots.

    Are there any PostgreSQL related entries in the System log?
    Might be that the DB is broken and needs to be rebuilt.

    Is this a Home or paid License?

  • Marcel, if this is a paid license, you should ask your reseller to get Sophos Support involved - do not do the following yourself.

    If you're on a home-use license, as root on the command line:

    cd /var/log/reporting/rrd
    rm *
    cd /etc/init.d
    ./syslogng restart
    ./rrdcache restart
    cd /usr/local/bin/reporter
    ./system-reporter.pl
