Sophos behind two Broadband routers

I've got a new UTM Home installed behind two broadband connections (BT for the office / Virgin for home use).

Problem I have is that whilst I can browse etc. I can't seem to get any email sent out from the UTM with alerts / backup configuration. Furthermore on the inside of the network the devices like Sky On Demand / HP updater etc. can't seem to connect to the outside world. I've added the Service definition, NAT rule, Network definition and firewall rule but clearly I have something wrong as it doesn't work.
