Report to show machine name vs IP

All of our web and network user reports display information based on the workstation IP address ie; 192.168.x.x downloaded 1.2 gig from downloadstuff.com

Since our users (high school students) move all day between subnets and get multiple IP addresses during that period, it's not easy to backtrack a given address.

Is there a way to change the settings to display a machine name instead of IP? That would help with Top Talkers, downloads, etc.

I would love to see that. especially since we have mac reservations for static ips' everything is there when we configure it

I don't know how you're passing out IPs, but maybe reviewing DNS Best Practice would give you one solution for identifying machines.
