Alert emails bouncing due to host using external IP. How do I set this to local host?

I have two servers using Astaro Security Gateway V8. I have both set up to send weekly and daily executive reports, as well as alerts. One of them works fine, the other keeps bouncing emails with the reports. In looking at the logs, I see this difference:

The one that works-

The one that doesn't-

2014:09:14-00:22:54 astaro postfix/smtp[977]: D0C19203E0: to=, relay=myhost.com[66.35.42.65]:25, delay=0, delays=0/0/0/0, dsn=5.4.6, status=bounced (mail for [myhost.com]:25 loops back to myself)



In the one that works, the host IP address is the localhost. In the one that doesn't work, it's the external IP address for the domain myhost. After spending some time with Sophos tech support, and comparing the host settings for both environments, I cannot figure out where, in the server where this isn't working, to set the host IP address to use the localhost address instead of the external address. 

As a note, all SMTP traffic going through our firewall works fine, it is only the alerts and reports generated by Security Gateway that are bouncing.

    Where is the myhost.com mail server?  Why is email sent to do-not-reply@fw-notify.net in the Astaro and to it@myhost.com in the DR site?  Is the SMTP Proxy enabled in either site? Are you using a smart host definition in either site for notifications and/or the SMTP Proxy?

    Each server has its own mail server. The FQDNs astaro.myhost.com and astaro-dr.myhost.com are routed to their corresponding server in our name server. For clarification, the '-dr' domain is for our testing server.

    I am not sure why the alerts in the Astaro are going to do-not-reply@fw-notify.net, we have it set to go to it@myhost.com in the Executive Report settings in both environments. That's another mystery I'd like to figure out.

    The SMTP Proxy is enabled in both sites, and use Profile Mode. Each profile uses the correct email domain and the correct host. We are not using a smart host definition in the server that does work. I did try setting it up in the server that doesn't work to see if that would help, and it didn't.
