DNS, internal domain?

I'm not sure where my internal FQDN info is coming from via my Sophos box. I have dhcp set up to hand out ips when anything is connected to my internal LAN.  The domain field is blank.  But for some odd reason it always sets the FQDN as ipt.aol.com? I can edit my hosts file and add the info there but in a pcap it always shows the info as aca80202.ipt.aol.com.  Not a huge problem but its a bit annoying.

  • s0ke, If you intend to VPN into your UTM from outside, you will want to set it up with LANs in the 172.16.0.0/12 address space.  Leave 10.0.0.0/8 to the big guys and 192.168.0.0/16 for hotspots and residential routers.
