[9.203-3] deleting firewall rule doesn't show in ChangeLog

Hi,

I deleted a firewall rule, but the system says No changes on the "Last WebAdmin Sessions" screen in Management.

I logged out and back in, and it still says No Changes.

UTM version is 9.203-3.
