Running Version 9.204-20
I have been using a Hurricane Electric IPv6 as a tunnel broker for months. Apparently I am one of the HE users with an old account (created Dec. 2010). Recently my ISP gave me a new public IP address. After entering this info into the HE tunnel configuration and entering the new tunnel ID in my Astaro, IPv6 has not worked.
The IPv6 log error message:
2014:07:29-15:18:27 SSSP hurricane[7778]: Testing alternative method for authentication
2014:07:29-15:18:37 SSSP hurricane[7778]: Found no Tunnels, wrong username/password?
Just want to confirm the proper Astaro tunnel broker settings.`
Authentication: User
Broker: Hurricane Electric
User name: [My HE user name]
Password: [I have tried my HE acct password as well as ***
Service address: [My Astaro keeps resetting this to Tunnelbroker.net]
Tunnel ID: [Matches the tunnel in my HE account info]
I press APPLY when I change any of the settings above.
6to4 is disabled.
Automatic IP renumbering is off.
Prefix advertisements are off.
Global IPv6 just says connecting.
Tried the changing password at HE and then update that in my Astaro trick. Did not work.
Tried rebooting my Astaro. Still shows connecting in the IPv6 box.
Is there any diagnostics or logs within my Astaro that can help? If I packet sniff the WAN interface at Astaro bootup is there something there that can help?
What is the correct configuration for using HE as a tunnel broker?
Thanks.
