Need help setting up user network sign-on

I have Sophos Home. I need to lock down my home network to have everyone sign on before going on the internet. I have played around with user portal but can't seem to get it to work. Can someone give me an outline of what to enable [in order] to accomplish this. I have Macs, iPads, Kindles, Androids, Windows and Linux boxes. I am missing something somewhere.

Is it possible to IP/MAC bind IPs I have a static network. I have 2 kids that know how to lightly hack, so IP binding would be nice to stop new or altered hardware from getting used to get past my blocking new hardware

Ok I figured MAC binding, but I can not get a "user sign on page" in the browser to access the internet. Anyone has free rane on my network if they plug in or have my AP password.

You can use the Hotspot functionality in Wireless Protection with a wired interface. Careful, every connection on that interface will have access regulated by the Hotspot definition.
