I already searched on several locations (Sophos Knowledge Base, Sophos Documentation, Bulletin Board,...), but I didn't find a thing about what I am searching... A member of the SophosTalk Community told me to post my issue here. Perhaps somebody here can help me.
I want some of the daily statistics of UTM-Usage automatically send via email, but I have no idea how to implement this. I already configured that the complete report will be send to me on daily bases. That is configurable in the options of that report. My problem is, that this report only shows a usage statistic and no exact figures, because it is only an overview.
What I especially need in the first place is the daily usage statistic of VPN (who used which protocoll how long). I want this information as csv file that I can automatically import it into our ressource planing system if the person was logging himself for home office. The import would be simple, but I do not have the reports as csv and a manual download really is very annoying after some days.
Can somebody help me with this...? Thanks in advance, Niko

Ich hätte gerne ein paar von der UTM automatisch erstellten Berichte täglich per Email an mich versandt, habe aber keine Ahnung wie ich das einrichten kann. Den Gesamtbericht kann man sich täglich, wöchentlich oder monatlich schicken lassen. Das ist in den Optionen konfigurierbar, geht allerdings für keinen anderen Bericht.
Was ich allerdings zunächst einmal dringend bräuchte wäre die tägliche Übersicht, wer wie lange im VPN (und mit welchem der VPN-Protokolle) eingeloggt war - am besten als csv-Datei. Wir wollen diese Informationen über die csv-Import-Funktion unserer Zeitverwaltung automatisch eintragen lassen, sofern sich ein Mitarbeiter für den bestimmten Tag in der Zeiterfassung als HomeOffice eingetragen hat. Letzteres ist kein Problem und unter Linux schnell programmiert, mein Problem sind die fehlenden Berichte der UTM. Diese täglich manuell auszulesen und abzuspeichern ist etwas müssig. :-/
