Flow monitor empty

Hello - when I open the flow monitor for any interface, the chart comes up fine but never populates with data.  We just got the ASG220 and 9.11 is new to me.  Am I missing a setting or something?

    I think it's Ajax that fools itself into thinking that it doesn't need to reload stuff.  I started using Firefox because of problems with IE10, but IE11 works fine for me now.  What happens if you clear the Firefox browser cache?
