Flow monitor empty

ASG220 9.113-1
Hello - when I open the flow monitor for any interface, the chart comes up fine but never populates with data. We just got the ASG220 and 9.11 is new to me. Am I missing a setting or something?

To eliminate browser related issues, try with Mozzila Firefox and post back results.

Ok... next step would be to upgrade the box to the last available firmware update (9.2+)

Sorry - gone for a few days...
Box now upgraded to:
Firmware version: 9.203-3
Pattern version: 63959
No change in flow monitor

Probably a browser issue. Try Firefox. Any luck with that?

I am using Firefox. Since BAlfson's post, I decided to try it on IE for kicks. The flow monitor works fine on IE! Thanks for all of the help. I'll see if I can figure out why Firefox is not populating the popup window with data.
