in logging&reporting>today log>web filtering value is 0

My problem is that there is a week
my problem dont solve by reset factory

Looking at the attached screenshot it seems that your problem is not related only to Web Filtering logging.

All other log files are on 0 bytes size.

Do you have Local Logging turned on?

Logging and Reporting --> Log Settings

Should have the toggle up top green.
