Web interface not responding

Apologies if this isn't where I should be posting. But we have a Sophos UTM 9 525. 

16 days ago the web management interface stopped working. We weren't able to connect to it, just say page cannot be displayed. Now we can still ping the box and also browse out to the internet. We just cant log in and do any management etc. I rebooted it since it was fine but now its happening again. We don't know what causes this. Does anyone know?

Also, Is there another way to connect to it to manage without resorting to rebooting the box. Im sure some of you agree rebooting a proxy during work hours isn't really an option.
