Currently, running UTM 9.201-23 and experiencing an issue with Sophos Authentication Agent v2.0 where the Authentication Agent remains grey on the taskbar after providing credentials. No credential failure message or anything else appears. However, with proxy settings set to the UTM browsing the internet is find for Internet Explorer. Simply, any other protocol that requires the Agent will not work.
I was testing the UTM with Agent earlier this week when suddenly I noticed the SAA was no longer authenticating. Other users in the same network range and AD group memberships are authenticated. When I stepped over to another test machine the issue did not occur. However, my laptop & vm (seemingly even when on different IPs) both are experiencing the issue.
Where do you find the Sophos Authentication Agent settings to verify?
The SAA requires your Default Gateway to be the UTM (know that from earlier testing) but is there any way to setup logging on the client-side?
What UTM log files provide a way to trace agent authentication issues?
