NTP help please

I want to get my Debian "Weezy" AMD64' NTP setup to pull the time from our Gateway's NTP service.  Can someone tell me what to edit in the ntp.conf on the Debian server if it is possible.  I just want to have the Debian server on my network getting the time from the Sophos UTM 9 gateway.
