How to find full URL's for visited sites?

I'm trying to narrow down problem users here in my school district, but am having problems finding out which exact sites people are going to.

The trouble is that our teachers and students use YouTube for educational purposes.  However, all I can see is a lot of googlevideo.com traffic.  But I can't find a way to differentiate proper education usage from cat videos.  

I'm also seeing a lot of traffic to comcast.net, but again, I don't have full URL's so I don't know what people are actually doing.

We use a Astaro Sophos UTM 9 model ASG425 here.

I would really appreciate any help you guys can offer!
