User Portal custom image/message not showing up

I've uploaded a custom logo and changed the welcome message in the "Customization" section, yet the User Portal still displays the default Sophos image.

Hi,
did you clear the browser cache?
For me it worked fine.

Yes I've tried that and even when new users access it for the first time it still displays the default Sophos logo
