How to put all VoIP traffic on separate circuit/interface

Forgive amateur hour here...

Any guidance on the basic steps for this setup would be great.

1) Purchase additional data line for VoIP traffic/backup internet if needed
2) Route all traffic but VoIP over primary
3) Route all VoIP traffic over second line, also plugged into Sophos

I feel like this might be easy as all my VoIP traffic comes out of a single Windows server.  

My guess - "Policy Route" phone server as source network, service any, destination any, select secondary connection interface?  Would this also handle traffic coming back my way?

    Hi Jim,

    In 'Interfaces & Routing >> Interfaces', activate Uplink Balancing and create two Multipath Rules, in order:
    [LIST=1]
    • Any -> VoIP -> Internet : bind to WAN2
    • Any -> Any -> Internet : bind to WAN1
    [/LIST]
    If you want inbound VoIP traffic to "prefer" WAN2, that's in your VoIP provider's setup.
