Outbound Port Reports

Hi,

Our IP has been blacklisted and I am having a difficult time figuring out why.  We don't send any email from our internal network.  However, we do have SMTP, POP, IMAP, etc. opened for outbound traffic so that people can send email from their devices.

How do I generate a report to show me the outbound traffic on these open ports?
