hi everyone,

i just want to know how i can read my downloaded logs from the archive.i have an astaro v8.x.
they have the .log extension but i dont kno how to read them.
what programm do i have to use.

    It sounds like you have your workstation set to hide file extensions, because if you download multiple logs as a .zip file, then each individual log within the zip will still be in its compressed form as a .log.gz file.  If you extract the .zip to a new directory, then you should be able to decompress the individual files.  Some archive utilities will even allow you to cascade the archiving function - WinRAR, for example, lets me double-click the .zip, then double-click the .gz files within it without having to extract them first.
