Attibute der AD-Benutzer werden nicht übernommen

Hallo,

habe neuen Benutzer angelegt, der Mitglied von drei Gruppen ist. Bei Testen des Benutzers mit Authentifikationsserver wird nur die Gruppe Active Directory Users angezeigt. Kann mich daher nicht am Benutzerportal anmelden, da die anderen beiden Gruppen Zugriff auf das Benutzerportal haben, und die Sophos den Benutzer nicht als member der Gruppen anzeigt.

Wer kann mir helfen?

I think you can solve it by prefetching your users from AD.

Hi, Walli, and welcome to the User BB!

When you say "habe neuen Benutzer angelegt," did you do this in WebAdmin? If so, then there is no connection to the same username in Active Directory. In fact, if you created the Local User "Thomas" with the Email address in Active Directory, you will not be able to sync the user from Active Directory.
