Unable to access Webadmin page

Hello,
   Had an issue with my CA on my AD server.  Prior to this issue I was able to access the webadmin page by going to http://192.168.0.3:4444.  Since the CA went down, and has come back up, I have been unable to access the webadmin page.  I continually get The page cannot be displayed in IE.  I even rebooted the machine with no luck.  I know it is working, for I am still able to access the web and SMTP email is making it through.  I am lucky if POP3 or IMAP emails make it through at this moment.  Is there anyway for me to access the webadmin page again?

    I was unable to log in from the console... didn't have the SSH set up, and couldn't remember the right password.  So many passwords, so little brain capacity.  Not sure what was causing all this, I actually just logged in via the Webadmin with no timeout issues or anything.  Kind of has me nervous as to what might have been causing it.  Though I did save the page that BarryG provided for future use.  Now I am scared to log out of the webadmin page.  So for right now, I will say it works.
