Unable to access Webadmin page

Hello,
   Had an issue with my CA on my AD server.  Prior to this issue I was able to access the webadmin page by going to http://192.168.0.3:4444.  Since the CA went down, and has come back up, I have been unable to access the webadmin page.  I continually get The page cannot be displayed in IE.  I even rebooted the machine with no luck.  I know it is working, for I am still able to access the web and SMTP email is making it through.  I am lucky if POP3 or IMAP emails make it through at this moment.  Is there anyway for me to access the webadmin page again?

    Sounds like something has caused a race situation on the firewall. Can you get in via SSH or the console and use top to see what's going on and/or reboot the firewall?  Does it use your AD for authentication?

    Unfortunately I cannot get in via the console or SSH... add another thing to the list of checks need to be made once able to access the Webadmin.  I do use AD for authentication.  I have rebooted the  firewall, by rebooting the machine, but it is still not working.

    Do you mean you don't have access to the physical console, or that it's not letting you log in?  If it's the latter, then I believe a search of these forums will turn up a method to reset the root password.
