I am unable to access Webadmin

When I enter the address, it says can't load web page. When I take out the s in https it gives me a login when I don't have the credentials. Do I need to contact my ISP? It somehow it came from my router. Please help me.

Hi, I don't see the login page you mentioned, but anyways, you're using the wrong URL.

change to HTTPS, and add port 4444.

e.g. https://192.168.2.100:4444 if that is the correct IP for the UTM.

Hi, make sure you have the the correct interface on the UTM hooked to your PC or LAN switch.
Try swapping interfaces.

What interface is needed. It is the Home Edition 9.1

You need two interfaces, external and internal.
