How to monitor my upload

Hi,

Since few day, I have an important uploading. I'm trying to know why !
Do you know where I need to go to see some informations about the upload (IP, domain, protocol, ...) ?

    Hi, lots of sites use akamai for content distribution; it's usually normal.

    try unplugging your LAN and see if anything else keeps downloading.

    Note the UTM will do some downloading itself for up2dates.
