How to monitor my upload

Hi,

Since few day, I have an important uploading. I'm trying to know why !
Do you know where I need to go to see some informations about the upload (IP, domain, protocol, ...) ?

    1. have you looked through the reporting systems?

    2. you can run 'iftop ethX' on the console; change ethX to your internal interface. 
    If that doesn't show anything interesting, try the external interface.
