How to monitor my upload

Hi,

Since few day, I have an important uploading. I'm trying to know why !
Do you know where I need to go to see some informations about the upload (IP, domain, protocol, ...) ?

    Sometimes, these problems are caused by a failed up/download.  What happens if you reboot the UTM?
