Locked out of webadmin. Help!

I changed my internal interface to a vlan, and now I am locked out of webadmin. What do I do? 

My hardware is Astaro 110/220. Running v8.

The only other active interface is my cable modem. I also can't get in through the console. Never have been able to. Not sure why. It doesn't take my credentials. 

And apparently I don't know how the vlan setup works.

    Hi,

    1. if you have a uncrypted backup, put it on a USB memory stick and reboot the firewall and plug it in during bootup.

    2. the 'root' password for the console is blank if you've never set it
    search these forums for console password reset

    3. if you have webadmin allowed from the internet, then get on the internet somewhere and connect in.

    Which interface were you connected to when you set the internal NIC to VLAN?

    I'm assuming the user would be root and I would leave the password blank and just press enter. No dice. I tried that for both root and loginuser. 

    I searched the forum (and the internet) for resetting the console password. The only thing I came up with was this page: Recover access to your Sophos UTM in the event of password loss. It looks like just what I need, but I get stuck at step 11. It doesn't allow me to type anything. I've tried two different keyboards but get nothing. Any ideas?
    I should mention that both keyboards work on normal boot.

    I don't know that I have webadmin allowed from the 'net. The box was set up before I started here, and I have no documentation to tell me. I'd never even heard of Astaro before. And I'm ashamed to say that there's no backup that I know of.

    Ok, I've successfully changed the passwords using these instructions (sort of, I popped the harddrive out instead of using a LiveCD). Then I changed the "allowed networks" using these instructions. 

    But I still can't seem to access webadmin. 

    I was connected to the web interface via the internal NIC (through a router). I've always accessed the box from our server. Never knew any other way. Other machines on the same network can't even bring up the web interface.
